At EDM Health, Inc., we stand by the quality of our digital wellness and nutrition courses. We also want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for courses purchased through xxxxx. Please read it carefully before buying a course.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on our digital courses. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course content or it isn’t what you expected, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We believe a week gives you enough time to preview the material and decide if it’s right for you, while also reflecting common practices in the online course industry.
Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of the original purchase date. Day 1 of the refund window is the purchase date (for example, if you bought a course on January 1, you have until the end of day January 14 to request a refund). Unfortunately, we cannot grant refunds for requests made after the 14-day period has expired, except as required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund: It’s simple – just send us an email! Please email your refund request to en.nutrition.us@gmail.com. Use the subject line “Refund Request” for quicker processing. In the email, include:
- The name and email address associated with the purchase (so we can locate your order).
- The order confirmation number or a copy of your receipt, if available.
- The course name that you wish to refund.
- (Optional) A brief reason for your refund request. You don’t have to provide a reason to get a refund within the policy window – refunds are guaranteed within 7 days – but we truly appreciate feedback. It helps us improve our courses for the future.
Once we receive your refund request email, we will confirm receipt and let you know if any additional information is needed. If your request is within the eligible time frame, we will approve the refund and process it as soon as possible. There’s no hassle – we honor all valid refund requests that meet our policy criteria.
Refund Method and Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to that card; if you paid via PayPal or another service, the refund will go back to your PayPal/account balance. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider. Often, refunds are completed quicker (within 3-5 days), but the timing can vary depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when we have processed the refund on our end.
After 14 Days – All Sales Final: After the 14-day refund window has passed, all course sales are considered final. This means we will typically not honor refund requests made on day 14 or later. Our courses are digital products, and once you have had access for more than a week, it is generally understood that the sale is complete. We encourage you to take the first few days after purchase to explore the course and ensure it meets your expectations. If you encounter any issues, please let us know right away so we can address them while the refund option is still available.
Exceptions: Under normal circumstances, we adhere to the 14-day policy strictly. However, we do comply with any consumer rights laws that might grant you additional protections. For instance, if a course is found to be defective or not as described, and you report this to us promptly, we will work with you to make it right (which could include a refund or other remedy even beyond 14 days, if required by law). Additionally, in the unlikely event that you faced technical difficulties that prevented you from accessing the course during the initial 14 days, please inform us – we will review such cases individually. Our goal is to be fair and reasonable.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Partial Completions: If you have completed a substantial portion of the course and then request a refund after consuming the content, we reserve the right to decline the refund (except where required by law). The refund policy is meant as a “good faith” satisfaction guarantee, not a way to get free access to an entire course.
- Abuse of Policy: If we detect a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds by the same customer for multiple courses (refund abuse), we may refuse further sales or refunds to that individual. Our refund policy is generous and based on trust; we ask that you respect its intent.
- Outside Purchase Channels: This refund policy applies to courses purchased directly through en-nutrition.com. If you purchased our course through a third-party platform or partner (if applicable), the refund requests may need to be handled by them according to their policies (we will assist if possible).
- Transfers: We do not offer exchanges or transfers between courses as a form of refund. For example, you cannot request a “refund” of one course in order to apply that credit toward another course; instead, you should follow the refund process for the first course (within 14 days) and then separately purchase the other course.
How Refunds Are Calculated: If you meet the conditions, your refund will generally be 100% of the purchase price you paid for the course, including any tax. (We do not deduct “restocking” fees or anything of that sort for valid refunds within policy.) However, note that original transaction fees or currency conversion differences, if any, are not controlled by us – for instance, if your bank charged you a foreign transaction fee at purchase, that would not be refunded by us, as it’s between you and your bank.
Course Access Upon Refund: Once a refund is processed, your access to the course content will be revoked. Please understand that you will no longer have rights to use or view the materials after receiving a refund, and you are obligated to delete any downloaded materials (if any were permitted to be downloaded). Essentially, a refunded course should be treated as if you never had a license to it.
